Di2 on Triplet??
Has anyone tried to do a di2 setup on a triplet? I have a co-motion triplet and was thinking di2 may decrease my time spent adjusting cables and the like. Sorry if discussed previously, my search of di2 triplet resulted in 14 pages of threads, most related to using di2 on a triple crankset.
I am fully prepared to get rid of the triple crankset. My kids and I have done ragbrai on the triple the last three years and only used the granny gear once. At the moment their strength is increasing faster than my age-related loss of power.

I was edged for 'most improved' at Low Key Hill Climbs in 2011, by a waxing 13 year old. Hardly fair.
If you are cycling in places such as NE Ohio, it would be difficult to find a hill that would require you deploy the granny. Di2 makes a lot of sense.

DI2 on a triplet should be no problem. You might consider using the Ultegra version at this point due to the simpler wiring. The Ultgera (and 2013 Dura-Ace) use a bus type of wiring so that any wire can be plugged into any open port and everything communicates. This will allow you to easily connect multiple wires together with a simple junction box to make the long wire runs you will need. These junction boxes can be attached to the frame. If you want wider gear ratios with a double you can do the rear derailleur cage mod by K-edge and run compact cranks. UI2 shifts are amazing.
