Comparisons to other tires are helpful.

I rode the challenge Paris Roubaix for part of a year. nice silky ride. the width wad more than the label read but I was OK with that. But ultimately I had 2 failures build quality. Some may have come from new old stock, maybe they are building them better now. One blew a side wall. One delaminated its tread over about 12" around the tire. I no longer recommend them unless they are shown to have improved quality control.

I've got Challenge tires on my cyclocross bike. After only one ride, the tread started delaminating from the casing.

There tires are highly regarded for cyclocross, but they seem to have some quality control problems.

Looks like not the best choice on a tandem.
