I wouldn't spend much of anything on that bike to reduce the weight. I'd ride the he** out of it, bank the money until you're ready to drop some additional $$, and then sell it and buy a Robusta. 29.5 lbs out of the box.

Seriously, $10k isn't going to get you to 29lbs with that frame.

That's my 2 cents anyway....
