We're you looking for something more specific?

It's a chain. It works. Try not to overthink it.

    Well, yeah...

Not chains are created equal, this is one I have yet to try to wear out or break.

My querry is more to the ConneX master links.

Master links are the best available. Easy to remove without tools and stay linked in use. User must take care to install in correct orientation.

I have been using the Wippermann chain on the tandem for over 15,000 miles. They last around 5,000 miles, the master link is great, it makes it extremely easy to install and remove the chain.

We were members for several years but are not at this time, though we know and keep in touch with several members. They have a good FB page that several members keep up.
