Cool, I think I'm off that week with nothing to do anyway.

Would love to have you out. After ride it's small town America on the 4th, hot dogs on the square and a parade shortly after lunch.
If you want to ride in the parade it can probably be arranged, and we won't make you ride behind the horses.

I was thinking the possum pedal went around the lake, but it looks like it's all up northwest of Graham. Meanwhile, some of the LSR people are doing the Possum Pedal Permanent that day...hmmm.

Since it is on the fourth of July, the organizers elected to keep away from PK lake, due to boats on trailers with drivers in who knows what condition. You may also recall that much of the lake is not in the best of shape (fires) though the country is recovering well after the devastating fires.
Also, going from Graham around the lake can take in two more counties, which involves more traffic control.
This is an initial start up ride, which will expand and perhaps move to a different date next year, as well as include the routes to the south of town. The 47 and 62 mile routes travel past the Lake Graham to the north of town. All the rides go past historic Fort Belknap, which is where the first rest area is.
We hope to have it well covered with SAG and well supported for all riders. There will be a parachute jump on the main square and a parade beginning at noon. If you want to enjoy small town America on the 4th of July, please come join us.
Regards.....
