Houston Energy Corridor Events: Frankenbike May 13; Bike to Work Thursday May 18

The Energy Corridor is sponsoring two cycling events soon:

Frankenbike at the EC weekly Farmers Market. Buy, sell or trade: anything and everything bike! 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday, May 13 at Grisby Square (14710 Grisby Rd).

The annual Bike to Work event will be held 6:30-8:00 am Thursday May 18 at the Terry Hershey Park Gazebo, 15342 Memorial Drive. Besides a chance to meet and greet fellow cyclists in the area, there will be free breakfast, raffle prizes, giveaways and music provided by a number of generous sponsors. For more information see Bike to Work in the Energy Corridor District - Houston, TX - Energy Corridor District.

I'll be at both since I live within walking distance to the Farmer's Market, and obviously I ride past the gazebo on my ride to work.
