I'm going to try to make it soon. I am about a twenty minute ride from the bridge.

I'll definitely try and make it out next weekend (with a helmet), but after that my attendance will become sketchy. Maybe I'll make it out once a month, if you manage to make it to Denton once a month.

I'll probably be absent this week, but whatever.

I made a facebook group for this ride so I can advertise it a little more. Hopefully I can get some people out.

If anyone wants to join the group just search "Dallas Sunday Morning Ride."

I might try to make it out there after the holidays. I'll be on my old Raleigh Marathon.

Casual pace to me is about 15mph or so....with the headwinds yesterday we probably averaged about 8mph once we made it back to the lake though. Very few hills, nothing serious.
Definitely a no drop ride though.
We'll wait on ya.
Once we get to oak cliff we stop for brunch.
The spiral diner has all you can eat pancakes on sunday.

I'll have them up in a day or so. I want to finish the usual upgrades first(change bar tape, brake pads and get new saddle). Except for the faded decals she is a beauty.

Is the all-you-can-eat-pancakes at Spiral Diner an in-route planned stop on this ride?

Yes. It's the halfway point.
We stop, eat and ride back.
There's other places around to eat, if the spiral doesn't interest you- but I thought it would be rad to have a lot of cyclists show up to the same spot.
Plus the spiral diner is bike friendly.

The Spiral sounds good. My daughter wants to meet there next week with relatives, etc. so some recon is in order. I'll be there 10 am Sunday - I have got to go to work on this holiday gut! Mockingbird at Buckner, right?
