I'll probably ride my bike there; only about 7 miles from my house.

I would think so, but even if not, I'll probably just walk around with my bike in tow.

Temps in the 50s; I plan to ride there from my house. I should get out of church by 11, probably be there by about noon. I'll most likely be on the Dumpster Queen, a teal and gray Raleigh Marathon:

Doohickie,

Did you find the Raleigh in a dumpster? And if not, what's the story with the name?

And by the way, I am a World-Class Scalvager (scavenge/salvage [trademark pending]), Dumpster-Diver, Bulk-Trash pickup man, etc.

Doesn't look like I'm going to make it.

The weather looks nice, but I have to work tonight so this morning i've got to get some saddle time.

Well that was fun. I only watched the cyclocross briefly. That might be something I want to try someday. I got my fixie fix from thehappyrobot; I think I got everything I need to make my poor-man's fixie out of my old Schwinn World Sport. I also picked up a few other things I wanted, mostly for my Raleigh Marathon- a kickstand, a seat, some aerolevers for the brakes. All in all, quite a bargain.

I've got some pictures of the swap meet posted on my blog. http://rattrappress.blogspot.com/

Hey Doohickie, I saw you pushing your bike out there by the cyclocross course. I wasn't close enough to figure out what it was.

Nice meeting you today Robot Guy. Hey did you guys sell that rat rod looking cruiser? I would think someone would have been all over it.

I picked up some mustache bars, a crank set, seat post, rear derailer, all on the cheap.
