personal cycling good news
So I'm pretty stoked about bike stuff this week.
First I registered for the 56 mile Ft. Bend ISD ride, then the 62 mile Space Race. Yesterday I achieved my fundraising goal for the MS150. Now I just registered for the 70 mile Tour de Houston, which'll be the longest I've ever ridden. (Until the MS of course.)
As far as on the bike stuff, I'm getting much better at keeping my HR low while keeping a relatively high cadence. I find that I really have to focus on deep breathing though.
