Bulverde to New Braunfels
I have ridden on FM1863 for a few miles in the direction of New Braunfels, but is this the only way from Bulverde to go to New Braunfels? I'm trying to plan a way to get there by bike for Wurst fest. I have seen signs that say it is only 20 miles on FM1863.

yeah, 20 miles of winding, no shoulder highway... I'll pass, thanks.
I'd be more inclined to try Hwy 46, at least it has shoulders. Take Stahl or Smithson Valley to get there.
