Affordable bike painter in Austin?

I'm working on a restoration, and I need my frame/fork media blasted and painted, possibly powder coated. I have a few powder coating quotes in the $175 range which are a little steep for my taste. I'd prefer to paint it vs powder coating, and I'm looking for cheaper options.

The professional shops around here are all probably going to be in that range $175 price range but if anyone knows of a cheaper one, please let me know. I might need someone who's more of a "hobbyist" painter working out of their home garage with experience with bicycles. Let me know if any of you know any hobbyist painters in Austin area.

Cheers,
Ben.
