Best Road Biking in Texas

I have a little interest in Cycling but I mostly like to see beautiful and unique places around the world. Here I want to share a few names of Roads which are best for Road Biking:
1. Trinity River Trails Ramble
2. White Rock Ramble
3. Blue Bell Ramble
4. Possum Kingdom Challenge
5. Lost Pines Cruise

Your cryptic post seems to be referring to rides from the 1995 book 'The Best Bike Rides in Texas' by Andy White.

Any personal commentary about why you like those five rides?

Note that a "trails" ramble by definition is not "road biking".

I don't know how you'd answer the question of which road is best for road biking. That's kind of like asking if a pie is better than a hammer. A road with great scenery will pretty much suck if the wind is blowing the wrong way. Or if the stores are a 100 miles apart. Or if you have to drive all day to get to it. Hills are great unless you maybe don't like hills.
