1984-85 Trek 720

Cross-posting from the C&V forum, in case anyone here is interested:

I wish this were my size. So beautiful.
This is the 21" frame.
No dents or dings. Low miles (judging by condition of original wheels & tires).
A number of paint chips (see photos) from storage/transport. The ugliest are on the underside of the top tube, maybe from careless use of a car rack? Other than these places the paint is glossy and sparkly.
Frame, fork, Stronglight headset (seems smooth but should be serviced).
I have some of the original components (including the sweet blue racks and bottle cages) if you are interested in adding anything in to the deal.
$450 shipped to the lower 48.
I love giving great deals when I sell stuff here, but current financial circumstances dictate that I sell this for closer to market value. Just wanted to offer it here first.
Probably can't pack/ship until next weekend.

Lots and lots of detailed photos of frame are here.

Catalog scans here: http://www.vintage-trek.com/images/t...ek3Touring.pdf

Hi inkandsilver,

Are you still selling the frame? This seems like my size and I would love a touring frame such as 720 to build up for a coast touring!

Hello,

Sorry, I sold it a few months ago. I forgot that I had also posted it here. Best of luck in your search!
