Has anyone ever heard of the Fuji Saratoga?
There is a used Fuji Saratoga for sale from the 1990's for $240. I've never heard of it and can't seem to find much info about it on the net. He's selling it as a Touring/Commuter/Messenger bike. It has a steel frame and the listing says, "It has FULL Suntour XCE. Suntour Barcon bar end shifting, and OVALTECH Cranks (very Rare).18 speeds with Granny gear. Fork mounts for panniers. Newer clipless pedals." Anyone have any insight on this bike? Does $240 sound reasonable? I'm thinking about buying a new Fuji, but if I can save $600 by buying a used one, then that'd be great.

Old thread resurrection -
I found a clean one for FREE (sign said so!). Nice enough bike but too small for me. I'll rebuild it and maybe Ebay it. Might be a 56cm....
Neatest thing about it is the brazed-on spare spoke holder on the drive side chain stay. Even has spoke / nipple in there, ready to go.
Components are exactly as you describe.
I have 700x37 snow studs I might put on there to sell as a winter commuter.
