Le Puy to Santiago de Compostela
Is anyone familiar with Way of St. James: Le Puy to Santiago - A Cyclists' Guide, by John Higginson. It is sold by the Confraternity of St James.

Yep- on my list of things to get, as I'm planning a research trip along two of the chemins next year- including the one from Le Puy as far as Roncevaux. The book is reputedly very useful. Have you seen MayQ's site ? There are some really handy tips there, as well!

So, does that mean you have used it, or have heard of it?

I've just finished Anne Mustoe's book "Amber, Fur and cockleshells" where she rides that route. Lots of interesting info. "www.virgin.com/books"

Thanks for the replies folks. I guess I'll be fine without the Higginson guide. I'll stick with my 1:300k Michelin maps
