Disabled cyclist, Saskatoon, Canada, Stolen bike, money, gear
Yesterday it was reported that a disabled cyclist in Saskatoon, Canada had his bike stolen and then his cash and other belongings.
A group of tri-athletes banded together and came up with over $2000.00 to get him back riding his bike. They managed to come up with some saddlebags, camping gear and of course money to try to replace what was lost. They are even working with a bike shop to replace the bike at cost.
The thread is here. What a nice thing they've done and what a great sense of community.
