Rohloff pricing

Any ideas where one can get this hub for cheap. It's 1300 at my lbs, which is about half the price of a Harley evolution motor!

Is that built up into a wheel? and installed on the bike?

I was just thiking of the Hub.

That is a better price, but still something that I would need to have a real need for, not just something to mess with for fun. There are nockoffs on the horizon, though so far no real price breaks.

Agreed...

For that price, it better be installed on the bike!

I wonder if you get two tickets to Disney land for that price. You can buy a 2006 Trek 520 with that price and still have money left for upgrades!
