yes ypou should look at tubus, im not sure about the suspension racks they make but the standard racks are with out a doubt the best period, i know they make a suspension rack for front suspension but im not of the details their website will show you all you need, also if yoiu are in Us and getting hold of a tubus is problematic then try old man mountain, ive heard good things about them but as i say the tibus are the best anyone who goes long long distance uses them .
In US a guy on ebay wayne.....of batsell sold me mine check him out..of you want any more info let me know, but a web search should pul up both

If you've got a suspension fork then my guess is you won't have any rack eyelets on the foot of the fork or mid-way up. I don't think Tubus make an axle mounting for their lowriders so unfortunately Tubus lowriders may not be an option. You should not even consider fixing a lowrider entirely with p-clips or hose clamps. The Tubus Swing is intended for suspension forks, but is not a lowrider. Panniers sit high up on the wheel on the Swing. Maybe it works, but I just don't like the look of it.

OMM are probably the best option. They make both a lowrider and a rack for the front that attaches via brake bosses and the axle. Expensive but extremely well made.

Tubus racks of course have the advantage that they're made from steel and so are more easily repairable. I have had to repair a Tubus rack, but never an OMM rack (I use an OMM Sherpa front rack).

Thx a lot for the replies. I don't think OMM is represented in Europe so i'll have a look at the Tubus one

To add some complexity to this question, are there any front racks (lowrider or otherwise) that are available for suspension forks AND disk brakes? I think OMM will work but am not 100% sure.

I use OMM Sherpa with a front disc brake. As far as I'm aware all OMM racks are both suspension and disk brake compatable.

OMM racks can be bought in the UK from https://www.carradice.co.uk
