I will be bicycle touring southern New England, probably from Boston to New York via Cape Cod in the second and third week of Oct. 2001. I am looking for companions and/or maps and routes through southern Mass., Rhode Island and Conn. Any feedback is appreciated. I'll probably be self-supporting staying in motels, but I might camp.

Hey Mark,
Yeah, still planning it. I've heard good things about the BOB trailer. It's nice because it all in one big waterproff bag. It's funny that all the people that read this forum, my first response is from someone I know.
Good luck on your trip. It sounds beautiful!

Hi there, I grew up in CT and know the roads and the area pretty well. If you want some opinions regarding routes, I'd be happy to help.
