Need help finding adjustable cage

I have seen photos of loaded bikes with these water bottle cages on the down tube holding a 1.5 liter or so grocery store water bottle. I would like to find one for my new bike. Anybody got any leads?

I've always just shoved the big bottles in my regular cages - so far that works.

Just a little warning...

I bought a Topeak XL at a LBS. Works fine but the cages on my bike are very close (as you can see here) and I can't fit the Topeak XL cage with another one (large or regular).
