Value of Trek 520 frame?

(I hope it's ok to make this inquiry here)

Any opinions on the market value of a used Trek 520 frame and fork? The frame is only a few years old, from the recent "rainforest green" color generation (2002-2003?)

Thanks

Frames of that sort are difficult to price. I'd think that it is worth about $250 in perfect condition but it is what the market will bear. You might not be able to find an interested customer or you might have people wild about buying a REAL (tm) Touring Frame.

I've seen used components sell on Ebay for considerably more than the new ones.

Go to The Vintage Trek website to be sure on the age. I am gonna guess that it is a bit older than you might think.
