Nashbar has stems for 99 cents

In case anyone wants to try the extra stem idea to mount a handlebar bag mentioned in this thread and doesn't want it to cost you a lot to try it. Nashbar has a stem for 99 cents. I was ordering some other items and thought I would pick one up.
