New Brook B-17+ R M Sherpa touring
Hi guys I just got it , is it realy going to feel better......lol, also ordered a new bike today the Rocky mountain SHERPA any thoughts on this bike ? do you have it? www.bikes.com/bikes/2006/touring/index.aspx. I had to get this and not the trek 520 because my LBS gave me a good deal on it and I do like the shifters better.

i just got a new brooks, and it hurts still a little but it's getting better fast. the first time i rode on it it was so uncomfortable that i was convinced i was one of the few for whom brooks saddles just don't work. now, i can see how in a couple hundred miles it will be my favorite.

The first time I rode on mine I had to stop and think about the seat. I'd gone from 30psi mountain bike tires to 65psi slicks, and my hands were feeling the road and I didn't even notice the seat.
