Help me plan a route from Col. to Cin. OH

Hello out there! I'm not a regular on these forums, so I'm not sure if this request is reasonable. What I am looking for is a reasonable route from Columbus OH to Cincinatti OH. From what I know, I can catch a trail in Springfield OH that will get me to Cincinnatti. The part I cannot fill in is how to get to Sprinfield OH from Columbus. Does anyone know of a trail or possibly a road that would take me there? Maybe a series of small roads would work. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Try Columbus Outdoor Pursuits, they have cross state bike route maps and it looks like one might suit you.

$7.50 per route (includes postage)

I'd try sticking with the Miami river valley. THat means going out of your way-ish: heading west until you get to yellow springs, then following the trails from there. (Cols to Cincy is what I'm thinking).

Do some google searches on the area, SCORES of bike trails around there. In fact, I think it's called the Miami VAlley Bike Trail Network or something like that.

You could take Broad Street (Old National Road) all the way from Columbus to Springfield and then take the bike trail from Springfield down to Cinci. Should be a nice ride.

Pick up the Ohio To Erie Trail, in London. Go from London to the hub in Xenia (30 miles). From Xenia, take the Little Miami Scenic Trail all the way to Milford (50.3 miles). Almost all downhill.
