Trans Am Route Tour - Animals ?

Good day all,
I am going do the Trans Am route from Yorktown, Va - Astoria, Or starting next month.
I've never done this before and among many questions for anybody who has, is there
anywhere I might want to watch out for the larger animals like bears, etc...

Thanks

Naw LOL I am not that cool! The avatar is "smiling Bob" from the goofy "Enzyte male enhancement" commercials.

You will have problems with animals on your trip.
They are called dogs.
And yes, every single cyclist has several confrontations with them during the trip.

Maybe other than a skunk or curious racoon visiting your campsite, you'll be fine.
