The Take A Look also comes with a helmet adaptor. It was a breeze to install on my helmet, and the mirror has stayed solidly anchored in place, though it can be easily removed if you want to use it on glasses. Great range of adjustability and clarity of reflection. Highly recommended.

I have the one that clips onto by Bell Metropolis. It's very handy, and when I bike with another helmet i feel naked. The Metropolis and accessories are a bit pricey, but well worth it.

The Bicycle mirror sold by HubBub is the best, bar none. I've had one for years and it's taken all kinds of abuse and out lasted my first helmet (5yrs.). Hand-made using of a SS spoke, it sort-of crimps/squeezes onto your helmet, and is easy to bend into the right position. Because they are hand-made in limited quantities, they are hard to get and usually out of stock. The Durace of mirrors.

Alright...... Here goes.
For the past two years, I've gone without the helmet mirror thinking they provided little or no assistance. I've purchased the "Third Eye" and even the "Take A Look" mirror with poor results. Last week, I decided to try my Take a Look again and won't go back. The only thing I dislike about the mirror is that it makes me look extra geeky and weird! In fact, I even purchased a second Take A Look in case my first one gets lost or damage.

The Take A Look is by far the best I've found. CycleAware is OK, but not very durable and tends to get pushed around by the wind when you're descending at 40 mph. This is not good on a twisty road where you want to check your mirror to see if you can move left toward the inside of a bend.
Take A Look never moves the slightest amount in the wind. Only problem: The front "leg" of mine needs regluing to helmet every 3 to 6 months, depending on how often I ding it. This is because the best spot to glue it on my helmet is a compromise between an excellent attachment for the rear "leg", which has stayed attached for ten thousand miles, and a sub-optimal, slightly concave attachment for the front "leg".
