Flying out of Germany with bikes?
I hear there are special rules (or so the BA website says) for taking your bike by air from Germany. What are they?

Not that I know of. I flew into and out of Frankfurt 3 years ago and there were no "special" rules. I flew Air Canada/Lufthanso, perhaps BA has its own rules.

Thanks for that. I've already emailed them; of course, they haven't got back to me, though - stunning service. I've searched on the web, and no mention of it.
Hmmm, very peculiar.
