first touring bike

hi all first timer here. im looking for advice on buying a super touring frame, well why not?light,fast,strong a frame that dosent caust the earth ,is there such a frame out there im a roadie at heart but im going to do my first tour next year god willing.2500 trip around europe by the way im irish 53 years young fit as a flea!better do this tour before its to late,haha.Thanks in advance hope you can help.

From another 53 year old roadie that's fit as a fiddle. How about a Thorn Nomad? Not common here but easily found where you are.

thanks lads i have seen surly lht on this site, witch by the way is fantastic, is it really that good .,the people that tour seem to rate them.highly emm you have me thinking thanks. ill sus out that thorn seen them in the mags over here thanks again safe riding.
