I'm about to go on tour from Oregon over to Glacier National and then down through Yellowstone. To make sure I'm prepared, I was wondering what the temperature can be like over there?

Bring some warm layers, long finger gloves, a real rain jacket, tights, a 30-ish degree sleeping bag. It should be mostly fantastic - crisp mornings warm afternoons - but you could get a storm. If it's like here in CO, there'll be an thunderstorm every afternoon, but the rest of the day is great.

Valygrl has got it right minus the thunderstorms, I did experience those storms in Colorado but not many farther north in the yellowstone area.
Here is a primer to get you excited about the trip. Jenny Lake, Tetons to Oregon if you follow along from July 8th.
