Touring Maps

I was wondering which maps are the best to use while touring in Europe, mainly France and Belgium. I've used Michelin maps in the past, but do any of you know of any better maps, especially those tailored towards bikers? Thanks

Bikes: Raleigh Aspen touring/off-road hybrid, and a Bob Yak trailer. Yak very useful for us car-free types that like to buy lots of beer.
