North Sea Route-Netherlands, Belgium
Hi forum members.
I'm just back from touring the part of the North Sea route from Northern Holland to Belgium. You can find my journal with lots of pictures here. I stealth camped about half the time, so the journal has some hints about stealthing in that part of the world.

I think you should give up on this childish business of stealth camping, and just focus on finding people who own their own brew pubs. I would probably have to live five lifetimes to fall on my feet like that.

My thoughts exactly. I wonder if it would be possible to bike from brew pub to brew pub and forget about camping, hostels, hotels, etc.?

I remember sitting in an outdoor restaurant in the Dwingelderveld National park and asking the waiter what brands of beer they offered.
"We have Heineken", he replied
"Anything else?"
"Whats wrong with heineken? Its good beer."
"I just wondered if you had any other beers?"
Turns out they had a decent selection and I had a nice Belgian ale, can't recall the name.
Maybe a beer trip in Belgium would be worthwhile?
