Bikes: Raleigh Aspen touring/off-road hybrid, and a Bob Yak trailer. Yak very useful for us car-free types that like to buy lots of beer.

Ahhh, my friend, I was checking to see if you were back, and here you are, with pictures as well, none the less. And such pictures. It looks like your tour was in a beautiful location. I envy you. I was looking at the Romantische road as a destination before we went to Baden-Wurtenburg. As you can imagine, it's now high up on my list (though secretly - haven;t told the wife - I'm thinking of Bodensee to Konigsee as my next German tour).
Have you any stories?
Were you camping? Is that a photo of your camp? was it just a tarp? If it was, it sounds great. Again, I envy you.
