Jandd Racks Question

Hey, first post here. Many people have said the Jandd Expedition rack offers great heel clearance. Does anyone know if the Jandd Standard rack has this same advantage, or is it just with the Expedition?

EDIT: Also, I'm planning on using one of these racks with oyster bucket panniers (cobbworks.com). Should the buckets fit these racks?

The expedition is longer (3"?) and thus offers more clearance when panniers are shifted to the rear.

Those buckets use standard hooks for attachment, so there should be no difficulty using buckets with Jandd's rack.

Just want to say thanks guys. I'm going with the Expedition; I'm sure it's worth the extra money.
