Non-Leather Touring saddle

Anyone got long distance experience with a comfy non-leather saddle?
Obviously the Brooks get the high marks, but as a vegan I don't buy leather.

Thanks.

Apparently Terry Liberators are good. Haven't tried one.

The Bike Friday and Thorn brochures (on their websites) describe a number of saddles they offer with their bikes; maybe look there.
