I have toured in various places in North America, Europe, and Australia. I am planning to return to Europe this summer to do more touring there.
So I think the place I'd like to tour, where I haven't been, and where I'm not likely to go in the next year or two, would be ..... Japan!!

KUDOS! On my world tour I was in dozens of countries...and India wins hands down. Great food, good country roads, plenty of places to 'wild' camp; a population used to traveling frugally, nice climate in the dry season (October to March), wonderful friendly people, endless parade of cultures and cuisines.
Mexico was second.

France every time. I've been cycling there for thirty years and there are still new things to see. The place was made for cyclists with thousands of small roads, great food, good weather, and people who love cyclists. Can't wait for the summer when I can spend a couple of months just travelling around free as a bird.

What was the name of that island where Wonder Woman and the Amazons lived? Yeah, I wanna tour there.

I would have to say New Zealand also. I really, really, really want to do a tour there someday.
I was in Romania last May (primarily Transylvania), but not on a bike tour. Absolutely beautiful country and one that would make a fabulous tour.

And there are bicycles everwhere. The deserts are great also and the sights are fantastic. It can be crowded in summer months with tourists so try later in late August early September, you will miss the tulips but there are less tourists.
