Help: Waterford 1900 for sale is this a good deal?

I think it's my size minus a couple of inches maybe.

Are they good bike?

Is this a fair price?

Make sure it's not stolen. That's a great deal if it's real.

+1 If it's your size and it's not hot, grab it.

at 1000 dollars, I'd make sure it fit you first.
A great bike ain't a great bike if it don't fit.

I have not seen it in person yet. I think it's standover is 30 inches my crotch is at 33", I'm 6' tall. I emailed the seller asking for better pictures and if he had proof of ownership: receipt, traceable serial#, etc.

If he has the papers I'll ask to see it live.

Anyway on Saturday there is a police bike auction in my area. These bikes I know were stolen but the cops say it is okay to keep them.
