Cross training
Hey there. i'm planning on joining a cycling team out here in the Salt Lake area and would like to start some hardcore training. i was wondering if anyone would like to share some cross training tips with me? i'd be ever so appreciative

Are you planning to go on a cycling tour? Or do you have other goals with your cycling?
I ask because most cycletourist don't do "hardcore training" in preparation for their tours.

Hey guys, thanks for replying. However, i realized just after my post that i was in the incorrect forum. Ooops, i guess it is time for me to start reading better eh? i'm not actually going to be touring (although i do enjoy it). i had meant to click on the "training and nutrition" link, but ended up here instead.
