For the money the Jamis Aurora offers a lot. It's built really well and for the $5-600 difference you can upgrade a lot of equipment if you feel the need.

LHT right out of the box. It is the most "pure" touring bike out of the three. However, I prefer the STI shifting of the Jamis Aurora. The surly has the best components and frame for touring. Why aren't you considering the Rocky Mountain Sherpa 30???

It really matters on what kind of riding you do. The LHT is a great touring bike, but the Fuji and Jamis are better unloaded.
So if you're planning a coast to coast ride, stick with the LHT.
If you're going to do more unloaded riding and a little touring, buy one of the other two.
There's no clear winner because all 3 bikes are quality bikes, just a little different.

Just go the LHT
I just picked up my Surly Long Haul Trucker today...about 3 hours ago actually
I've only been able to ride it for a few minutes since it's dark out, but it seems pretty dang solid. I got the black Brookes saddle and even just from that little amount of time, I can tell I'm going to like it.
ANyway, I'll post some pics when I get it set up like I want it.
