Has anyone had any experience with this wheel set?

I need a beefier wheel set than my current 32h set since i have been carrying heavier loads and doing some short tours. After looking into a custom built wheel for the rear i found this set, which is cheaper than a single wheel from the builder. Honestly i would like a set for this price rather than buy just one wheel for more. Is the quality of these wheels good enough for fully loaded touring?

It's an ok wheelset....Nexave hubs aren't the best, but they'll do. I'd check EBAY-- search for Mavic 319, Mavic 719, Mavic 520 and Sun Rynolite.
