Route suggestions please.
I need to compile a route, that is bike friendly, from Rockford, IL to Madison, WI to Minneapolis, MN. Please share your experiences if you have biked through these cities or routes leading through them. Thanks.

Have a look at www.bikely.com and search under those three towns. You will find scores of routes. Just link together the ones that go in the right directions.
