Trans-Pennine Way
rite me and a few friends or biking the Trans-Pennine Way(uk) on the 8th of june 08'.we are doing it over 4days.it is for a hospoce chaity.it is 240miles and it is over 4days. i will put up pic's of my bike and of the trip as and when......

Have a great ride and I hope you make a heap of money for that hospice! Many years ago I was on a cycle tour of France and England when my bike gave up the ghost so I hiked about 1/3 of the Pennine Way and it was definitely one of the highlights of that trip. After returning home to Toronto I read an article about three guys who rode the Trans Pennine Trail in winter and I would love to do that ride. I since returned to cycle England in the winter and spring but I only rode in the south. One day I hope to explore more of the UK by cycling or hiking.

Hey, the trans Pennine trail goes right past my house. Unfortunately, I'll be away in Cornwall the dates you mention. It's a shame. You could have popped in for a cuppa.

really,lol.yeh we start off on the 8th of june and over 4days.next year we are doing lands end to john o'groates..........

I see the entire trail is open to bicyclists from coast to coast. Excellent. I think I'll incorporate it into my summer tour this year.
