Portland OR to Los Angeles
I've seen most of the suggestions of Mapoint, Microsoft Trip, Bikely,TopoUSA and a bunch of others. Has anyone done a route from Portland to LA and has a route that I could just print out? I want to travel along the coast and we plan on averaging 75 to 100 miles a day. I'll probably do a little more if I go by myself.

https://www.adventurecycling.org/routes/pacificcoast.cfm - look for the GPS links, you can download the whole GPS route for free, or buy the maps to get the printed versions with distances, services, elevation profiles.

Get "Cicyling the Pacific Coast" by Kirkendall and Spring. It has maps, route descriptions, etc. There's even a description of how to get to Route 30 from the Portland airport, bus, or train station. Take Route 30 to Astoria and Fort Stevens State Park (great hiker/biker sites, bike trails). There's no services close to the park (although I think there's a KOA across the street, with it's minimal store.) The last store was a Fred Meyer about 5 miles before the park.)
Between Portland and Astoria on Highway 30, the only camping I've found is McCormick Park in Saint Helens, Oregon, on Highway 30 between Portland and Astoria. I haven't camped there, but I've seen it on other people's journals.
