Fork for 2007 Jamis Aurora

I just bought a Jamis Aurora and the previous owner changed the fork because she had busted the original in an accident. Does anybody know where I can find a decent fork with braze ons for low-riders up front. Is it possible to put a Surly LHT fork on the frame, maybe call jamis for a replacement fork or some other similar move? Thanks y'all!!

Yeah a Surly fork will work fine.

You didn't say which size Aurora frame you have...

Surly LHT forks are made to take a 26" wheel up to size 54cm, but a CrossCheck would probably work. The real question is why Surly, when the prudent decision would be to stroll into your local Jamis dealer and order a proper Jamis replacement fork?

What he said. There's something obscene about a Surly fork on a Jamis Aurora. Gah!

By the way, did you check the top and down tubes where they meet the head tube?

Well obviously don't get the 26" wheel version of the LHT fork.

If you can't find the Jamis fork, the LHT fork for 700C will work fine.

Plus the LHT has a nice crown instead of a dull as dishwater unicrown.
