Any websites to build a touring ride?

I know there are several websites where you can spec out different builds for road or mountain bikes, coloradocyclist.com or competitivecyclist.com, but I was wondering if there are similiar sites for touring bikes. I know that you can piece together a drive train, but a lot of these sites offer deals on road bike groups if you are buying an entire groupset. That way you don't have to pay full price on individual items. Any ideas out there?

www.speedgoat.com - go to the Bikes link and to Bike Builder

You can select all components individually and it shows weights (for most parts) and prices. You can even do custom wheelsets.
