So my fiance and I are waiting around to go to the airport. We fly out to seattle today where we will be staying for a few days before we head out east bound on the northern tier route. The excitment is getting uncontrollable.

Greetings! I'm a Seattle native (now in California) and I did a little bit of the Northern Tier last summer. How are you getting from Seattle up to Highway 20? I went up through Edmonds, took the ferry from Mukilteo to Whidbey Island, then went up the spine of Whidbey to Deception Pass. From there I got on the Northern Tier route. Have fun!
