sacramento to sly park

Anybody have a good route from Sacramento to Sly Park. We are heading to a family camping trip and thought we would try to ride there and back to make it more interseting. Thanks

You might get a wider response if you asked this on the regional forum for northern CA. I'm curious to see the answer too. I'm especially curious about how one gets from Folsom to Diamond Springs. I've driven White Rock Rd. hundreds of times and haven't seen any stretch east of Rancho Cordova that was bike-safe, which would seem to leave Green Valley Rd. Good luck.
