That might be a decent bike, but it is probably too small for you, and doesn't look especially good as a touring bike.

My advice to you is that since you say you know nothing about bikes is to go to a couple of bike stores and talk to them about what you are interested and see what they have to say. Go to more than one and look to find the shop that is willing to take the time to work with you on finding the bike YOU want, not the one that they want to sell. Try to go in at a slower time of day, like a Wednesday afternoon or something, so they have time to work with you.

Things you might want to know before you go in.

Price range.
Type of riding you want to do.
How much ridding.
Regular distances.

-My brother is looking for a bike, and being that I'm now on the opposite coast, I recommended he go down to my former local bike shop.
