Bike Island "Ultimate" Racks

Has anybody out there in forum land used one of these?

If so..
How do they perform? - is the mounting hardware any good is it cheap stamped metal that flexes in a light breeze?
They look like Are they a knock off of the Surly racks?
Are they?

Other thoughts.

Is it truly do a Chinese knock off of a Chinese rack, or is it the same rack with a lower price & no Surly tag.

I bought the front rack off their ebay store a few months back, and it was a Surly rack, including the Surly tags.

I bought the rear Ultimate Rack from Bike Island. It is identical to the Surly in every respect. They are most definitely NOT a cheap knock off. To be such an exact match for the Surly I would easily believe that they are made in the same facility.

These are fantastic racks, the best I've ever seen, grab one before the price goes up! If I had $100 I would not hesitate to buy the front rack also.

BTW: Surly is made in China
