mission accomplised

Hey all, chaulk another one up on the successful bike tour tally!
Yeah, I had a pretty good summer bicycling across Canada, and was pretty lucky in that the only problems I encountered were a couple of busted toe straps and a mec lowrider rack that cracked while near a very helpful bike shop.
Mainly I rode alone, but found myself meeting other cyclists and sometimes riding for days together. In total I was in the saddle for 56 days, and came in at just under 9500 km. Basically, for the most part it was straight across, with a dip down to London Ontario, then sticking to the south side of lake Ontario through New York, along the south of the St.Lawrence river, south into the atlantics and on over to
Newfoundland and the home stretch.
I have photos and a journal kept, but the hard copies of both have yet to be transferred into any digital form, mainly due to me still not having a place to live other then my friends couch.

Thinking about next summer helps though, and the thought of another big tour is much better sounding then working at the department store while the sun shines almost endlessly outside.
Now all I've got to do is convince a friend to come along..

take care all, and thanks for the near endless amount of info
