I have just spent most of the week trying to shake off a nasty case of giardia, I have now recovered and tomorrow I fly out for a tour of New Zealand's North Island. Assuming I'm back to 100% relatively quickly, I'll have three weeks. The journal is here. It doesn't have much yet, but I'll try to update as go along.

The East Cape is indeed amazing. There was some hostel I stayed at I think it was at Whanarua Bay - totally cool.
